Chris Brown is facing a child support increase request from Diamond Brown , who claims in court documents reported by TMZ that he has barely seen their 4 year old daughter, Lovely, during the past 6 to 7 months. Diamond says she cares for Lovely about 90 percent of the time and wants monthly support raised from $7,000 to at least $30,000. According to Diamond’s filing, Chris Brown has not recently asked to spend time with Lovely, despite her stated efforts to support their relationship. Diamond says Chris Brown proposed taking Lovely on tour on alternating weekends, but she considered that arrangement unsuitable because a nanny would handle much of the childcare while he worked. The child support receipts are doing a lot Diamond also pointed to Chris Brown’s public spending as part of her argument for more support. She cited reports that Chris Brown gave a fan and her family a new car plus $10,000 in cash, along with luxury handbags for the mothers of his other children, including a Hermes bag and Prada bags. Diamond claims the current $7,000 monthly payment does not cover her expenses and says she is accumulating debt every month. The court has not been reported to have ruled on her request for at least $30,000 per month. TMZ previously reported that Chris Brown’s other co parents defended him after Diamond’s filing became public. They said Chris Brown supports all of his children, creating a sharply different account from Diamond’s claims in the ongoing child support dispute.
