Chuck Liddell asked a Los Angeles County court this week for emergency custody of his 14-year-old daughter, Guinevere, after accusing his ex-wife, Heidi , of taking the teenager to Orange County without plans to return her. The former UFC fighter says the dispute began Wednesday, just before Guinevere was due to start her first day of high school. According to the emergency custody filing obtained by TMZ, Chuck Liddell claims Heidi moved Guinevere to Newport Beach after learning a court request to relocate both children could not be approved before the fall semester. The filing also accuses Heidi of ignoring custody-related instructions, including use of the co-parenting app, the agreed schedule, extracurricular drop-offs, and a rule against using the children as messengers. What Is Chuck Liddell Asking For? Chuck Liddell is requesting sole physical custody of Guinevere and his 13-year-old son, Charlie, until a formal hearing. He also wants Heidi’s visits monitored, arguing that Guinevere could miss her first week of school, lose her place on a volleyball team she made after summer tryouts, and face additional emotional stress. “I never abducted anyone,” Heidi told TMZ. Heidi denies the abduction allegation and says Guinevere asked to leave her father’s home. Heidi also told TMZ that Chuck Liddell has spent the five years since their divorce trying to control her, while the children allegedly no longer feel comfortable speaking openly with him. Chuck Liddell and Heidi married in 2011, and their divorce was finalized in April 2025 after he initially filed nearly four years earlier. The custody allegations remain disputed, and the court had not issued a final ruling in the matter described by TMZ.
