Katie Miller, now 34, appeared to acknowledge one detail on X, writing, “I was an intern working on Capitol Hill.” Representatives for Katie Miller, Eric Swalwell and the White House were reportedly contacted for comment. Why Is This Story Resurfacing? The report arrives as Eric Swalwell continues to face scrutiny over separate allegations from multiple women, including claims of harassment, sexual assault and rape. Swalwell has denied those allegations while acknowledging that he had extramarital relationships; the source article also says he ended a California governor campaign and resigned from office earlier this year. Katie Miller previously criticized Swalwell’s response to the misconduct claims, writing in April that his behavior was “the worst kept secret on Capitol Hill” and that she believed the women who accused him.
