The South Korea born, New Zealand raised singer and actress also premiered a cinematic music video for the title song through her company and label, Odd Atelier. The EP includes the title track, “Heaven,” which Jennie Kim performed during her headline set at Open’er Festival in Gdynia, Poland, and “Less Than a Lover,” a song she introduced as a summer inspired track. The visual leans into a light versus darkness aesthetic with a surreal, Tim Burton adjacent mood, while a spoken word ending compares painful thorns with the roses they eventually become. The production disclaimer states that every fire effect was created with computer generated visual effects, and scenes involving minors were filmed safely under supervision.
