Kroy Biermann Jr. appeared in a Georgia court Friday for a bond hearing after prosecutors alleged that videos recovered from his phone depict sexual encounters involving a 15 year old and a relative younger than 12. The allegations are part of a seven count sexual assault case stemming from a separate accusation by a female classmate. Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy told the court that investigators found multiple videos and alleged that Kroy Biermann Jr. used predatory and derogatory language toward the younger alleged victim. McGillicuddy also said Kroy Biermann Jr. had previously faced a sexual battery charge involving a victim under 16 and had been under court supervision since October 2025. Can the case stay in juvenile court? Kroy Biermann Jr. attorney Jason Sheffield asked the judge to keep the proceedings in juvenile court, arguing that the move would limit media and public access. During the hearing, Sheffield also referenced a polygraph test that Kim Zolciak has claimed her son took and passed, but the judge did not rule on the juvenile court request Friday. Kroy Biermann Jr. was arrested last month after a female classmate accused him of sexual assault in a gym changing room. Sheffield requested a $65,000 bond, while McGillicuddy asked the judge to deny release or set bond at $190,000. Kim Zolciak, Brielle Biermann , and Kroy Biermann reportedly attended court to support him, while representatives for Kroy Biermann Jr. have not publicly responded.
