The affidavit says the 43 second video was recorded in 2024, when Tyler was 18 and the girl was roughly two weeks shy of turning 18. Investigators say the video was sent to the girl’s ex boyfriend, who later alerted her to its existence. The girl reportedly told police she did not know how the recording reached her ex or other people, and said she did not want Tyler to face trouble over a video allegedly made at his home.
