The case involves two alleged sexual assaults, three alleged voyeurism offenses and one alleged exposure offense, connected to five women and incidents prosecutors say occurred from 2007 through 2016. Clarke entered not guilty pleas on every charge during the hearing. The Metropolitan Police charged Clarke last month after the Crown Prosecution Service reviewed evidence and authorized the case.
