Sia Furler sold a 50 percent share of her music catalog to entertainment and investment company Pophouse for $180 million, according to documents obtained by TMZ. The deal includes a $15 million portion connected to songs created during Furler’s marriage to Dan Bernad, with the financial details surfacing after Furler filed for divorce in March 2025. The documents say Furler will receive $165 million for songs written before her marriage, including “Chandelier,” “Titanium,” and “Cheap Thrills.” Dan Bernad agreed to give up any claim to that money in exchange for $1 million, leaving Furler with $164 million from that part of the transaction. Where Does the $180 Million Go? The remaining $15 million comes from music made during the couple’s marriage and will be placed in escrow. That money could become a separate point of negotiation if Furler and Bernad cannot agree on how to divide it. Furler and Bernad were married for fewer than three years before attorney Laura Wasser filed the divorce paperwork in March 2025. The divorce agreement also includes $42,500 in monthly child support, meaning Furler’s catalog payday is arriving alongside an expensive legal split.
