Taylor Frankie Paul reportedly had her parenting time reduced to eight hours per week after sources told TMZ she allegedly failed multiple court ordered drug tests during the last 60 days. The schedule includes four hours with Indy and Ocean, her children with Tate Paul , and four hours with Ever, her child with Dakota Mortensen . The substances involved have not been identified publicly. Sources said at least one substance was not commonly available as a prescription medication, while people close to Taylor said a strict gag order is in place and described the media leaks as part of the harassment and intimidation she has faced during the custody dispute. Why Did Her Parenting Time Change? The reported reduction reverses a custody schedule expanded months ago, when Taylor received one weekday and alternating weekends with her children without supervision. Dakota remained Ever’s primary custodial parent, while Tate sought sole legal and physical custody of Indy and Ocean in June. Tate’s filing cited Taylor’s involvement in a 2023 confrontation with Dakota. Video obtained by TMZ showed Taylor throwing metal barstools, and police said one struck Indy. Taylor pleaded guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault and received three years of probation, while prosecutors dismissed four other charges, including domestic violence in the presence of a child and child abuse. The latest custody development follows Mikayla Matthews leaving The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives after discussing her own experiences with abuse and saying that continuing to film felt unethical. Taylor and Dakota also received mutual three year protective orders in April. Representatives for Taylor, Dakota, and Tate had not responded to requests for comment at publication time.
